Full Inspection
This will cover grounds (including external structures, landscaping external railings, driveways, sidewalks, entrance landings), structure, exterior surfaces, windows and doors, roof, attic, interior rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, crawl space, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system.
4 Point Inspection
This includes inspection of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roof. We will provide a detailed inspection of all electrical systems, including boxes, panels and wiring. We will inspect the plumbing in all bathrooms, kitchens and external faucets. We will do a thorough inspection of the roof as outlined in our roof inspection. We will provide a thorough inspection of the heating and cooling systems.
Wind Mitigation
Inspection includes review of roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof to wall attachment, secondary water resistance, garage door, doors, windows and skylights to determine ability to withstand a major wind event. We will provide any needed areas that may need repair or replacement as well as any areas that may need upgrades.
Roof Inspection
Exterior inspection of shingles, fasteners, gutters and downspouts, flashing, fascia, chimney, and eaves. We will provide any recommendations that may be needed for shingle wear/replacement.
Interior inspection of sheathing, attic ventilation, decking, intake fans, bathroom/kitchen exhaust fans, vents, chimney, signs of water intrusion including mold, mildew and water damage. Check for leaks, cracks or any other indication of wear and tear on any of these areas.

Chinese Drywall Inspection
Visual inspection to identify defective drywall. Inspection of electrical equipment, wiring, refrigerant lines, copper plumbing, HVAC systems. We will provide a thorough inspection of the heating and cooling systems in the home. Check for the presence of mold and mildew and review the insulation of the systems pipes.
Moisture Inspection
Inspection of walls, ceilings, attic, crawlspaces, windows, doors, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, around appliances, exterior walls, and baseboards. This inspection is done with a moisture meter and thermal imaging system. Our inspectors will complete a mold inspection, look for signs of water damage and intrusion and provide complete write ups of any potential issues.
