Jack Marchese

Jack Marchese, the owner of Marchese Home Inspection (MHI), carries valuable experience to the home inspection industry in more ways than one.

The creation of this family-owned and operated business arose from Jack’s unwavering example of perseverance, dedication to family, and service to the community.

Since 2016, Marchese, his wife Crystal, and their six beautiful children have called Central Florida home. Originally from Queens, New York, Jack experienced a childhood occurrence that led to his inability to hear at a young age.

He overcame this life-changing obstacle by learning to communicate seamlessly with his surrounding community as a non-hearing individual. As a result, this circumstance allowed him to learn and have an interest in using his hands more than other children his age.

Without limit to his potential, and through the course of his childhood and young adult years, Jack found work to be extremely rewarding, learning new skills and applying them to connect with his community.

At the age of thirteen, he began working as a pizza chef and helped run a small-town pizza kitchen. Jack eventually moved from cuisine to construction, working with a garage door business, then switched to rehabilitating homes for the less fortunate families in his district.

Finally, after several years in the roofing business, Jack decided to transition into the home inspection industry, applying all the skill sets he learned throughout his life and allowing him to connect with his community in a profound way.

As a highly principled and compassionate individual who places family and community at the heart of everything, Jack has found that his driving passion is working with people and understanding the importance of the home-buying experience. It is a massive decision for people to buy a home, and MHI is proud and humbled to be a part of it.
